Possible sighting: Rob at Adele Concert in Toronto?

Singer & songstress Joy Williams tweeted a few hours ago that Rob attended the Adele concert at Air Canada Centre in Toronto:
 I, along with @allisterann, may or may 
not have been mere feet away from Robert Pattinson tonight backstage. #fb
