Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart And Taylor Lautner land in Brazil next Friday, November 5, to begin testing the scenes of Breaking Dawn, says Brazil's largest newspaper Globo. The newspaper said the trio would return later this month to begin filming scenes. The neighborhood of Lapa will be used as the backdrop.

According to information from lulacerda journalist (posted here), filming would take place in Rio in six days, and in Paraty on 7 and 8 November.

PS: i think that the article is wrong about Taylor going to Rio!In Rio they will shoot the honeymoon scene, so Taylor as Jacob doesn't appear there!

UPDATED

According to Mel452That article by that Brazilian journo, when mentioning TL its just in saying that ppl are longing to see the 3 of them again in the movie when it comes out - not that he will actually b in Brazil too. FYI.

Rob takes six months to write a song

The ‘Twilight Saga’ actor – who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the film series – was an aspiring musician before he found success as an actor, but admits he has a slow work rate.

He said: “I write a song every six months. I never write a diary. I think that’s why it takes me so long. You have to summarise your personality changing.”

The actor, who plays piano and guitar as well as singing, has previously had two tracks he has performed, ‘Never Think’ and ‘Let Me Sign’ – both of which were written by other people – included on the first ‘Twilight’ soundtrack.

They were reportedly included by the film’s director Catherine Hardwicke, initially without the British hunk’s knowledge.

Robert has previously said he sees music as his “back-up plan” if being a film star fails, and that he believes he will be famous when he’s dead.

He said: “I am sure I'll be one of those artists that people don't pay any attention to while I'm alive, and when I am dead people will go yeah, man, that was a work of art.”

Rob took boat lessons on Louisiana River for Breaking Dawn?

Robert Pattinson has been spotted on a Louisiana river learning how to drive a speed boat, and you Twi-hards are going to swoon when we tell you why!

An eyewitness tells HollywoodLife.com that Rob was on a river in Baton Rouge early this morning, driving a “speed boat” with an instructor. We’re told by another source that he was followed by a rescue boat with certified scuba divers — just in case. This is Rob Pattinson we’re talking about, after all.

It’s one of the most momentous scenes in the entire Twilight tetralogy — the moment when Edward and Bella take off for connubial bliss at Isle Esme. Clearly, Rob wants to be fully confident at the helm when he takes Kristen Stewart on the water.

New\Old Pic of Rob with young Bella from Twilight, Catherine Grimme!

Translated Interview of Rob with Star Hit Magazine(Russia).Talks about music, fight for a woman, what is sexy for him, his ideal day & more!

Robert Pattinson
The legend of an attainaible love
Introduction: The third installment of the Twilight Saga, Eclipse, was a success.
Edward loves with passion, but without sex, and this fact increases feelings. And women fell in love too with a love so close and so far
Robert Pattinson doesn’t seem to understand completely reasons for this success. So many women want to see him only this way, as a romantic vampire.
He earned a lot of money ($17.000.000, according to Forbes) with this character and Summit earned a lot of money too.

Interview with Robert Pattinson:

How is Edward, what interest you most in that character?
Pattinson: Edward thinks he doesn’t deserve to live at all, he would like to stop to be antisocial and do something in life. He is not an anti-hero, he is a super hero but he doesn’t admit it. He is happy to have powers, but in a hundred years he had never done anything for other people. Edward would like to be a person like any other, and hates himself because he is a freak.

How you were as a student
Pattinson: I was a boring guy, an average guy.

You wrote and sung a song in the twilight soundtrack. How did it happened?
Pattinson: I played that music once in my house in London with two friend of mine. After 6 months I ve listened again to that music and I wrote lyrics… but this is a long story that it ended in the Twilight soundtrack.

So, acting is your profession and music is something for your self?
Pattinson: You can’t be an actor for yourself only

Do you worry about people could say about your music? What hurts you more? critics about your music or your acting?
Pattinson: As an actor you have to live with criticism. I want to know what people think about my music but they can be influenced by bad criticism, but, in the end this is not very important because I think I’ll never sell my music.

You have a scene in the movie that you love most?
Pattinson: Bella feels guilty after she kissed Jacob. Edward is understanding. It is a beautiful moment. Maybe is the only scene in which I would say he is a good guy, not anyone is capable of that. In the prevoius movies he always took decisions for him and for Bella and for the first time he leaves her a choice, because he wants desperately to be with her, so he waits for her. He has only to wait for her coming back

You are the romantic vampire, your enemy is a wolf with abdominals. A strange contrast.
Pattinson:It’s funny to think that I should have abdominals too, if you refer on books. But I’ve not ever presented myself at the trainings.

Would you ever fight for a woman?
Pattinson: Surely yes, but not for love, maybe for pride

Edward thinks as a man of a hundred years ago. You agree with him about premarital sex? what moral do you follow for yourself, the present one or 1900′s?
Pattinson: The present one

So you agree with sex before marriage?
Pattinson: I think everyone does it (laughs). It had always be this way, and people who doesn’t admit it are hypocrite. They have to show themselves as virgins because you have to say it

You said that this movie (Eclipse) is sexy despite sex. What is sexy for you?.
Pattinson: The waiting. The moment you fear that the other doesn’t want you, and you don’t know if there will be something more. fear enhances desire.

How do you feel to work with Kristen again?
Pattinson: It is much easier and much difficult at the same time.
Kristen is such a serious actress and she pushes me to act as my best. She has a faster mind, I have to think more than her. She loves to tell her opinion on my work and sometimes she makes me angry.

Does she oblige you to repeat scenes to act them in a better way?
Pattinson: Oh yes, she goes straight to the director saying “Let’s do it again”. Hopefully it doesn’t happen so often.

And If you ask her the same thing ?
Pattinson: She would kill me.

You are working a lot now, have you still time to see soccer?
Pattinson: I put a vcr on when I can. If it should be possible I would have turn on the tv behind you

What is for you your ideal day?
Pattinson: My ideal day is here at Los Angeles, take a car and go to mountains, see nature, I don’t need anything more.

You don’t seem to appreciate all this attention around you. Do you fear negativity?
Pattinson: I fear unexpected events. I make interviews only if are about movies and I have not an irregular life at all. So anything you read about me are inventions. you have to be always prepared to unexpected events

So in life there are more bad things that good things?
Pattinson: Yes, but who cares about bad things? Every one wants to know only bad things about you.

Uma Thurman talks about her daughter's reaction when she met Rob

In Abu Dhabi last week for the closing of the capital's film festival, said she doesn't want her daughter Maya Ray Thurman-Hawke, from her marriage with actor Ethan Hawke, to follow in her footsteps because being an actress "is a difficult life".

Thurman's acting, however, has certainly gained her daughter's curiosity, especially when she's starring alongside some of Hollywood's up-and-coming young heartthrobs such as Twilight enigma Robert Pattinson and Michael Angarano.

"She asked me: ‘Why are you acting in movies with these young boys' and I replied: ‘Honey, at least I don't do it in real life'! My daughter met Robert [Pattinson] but she was so blasé about it,"
Thurman said

OK! Magazine to have a new interview of Rob talking about talks about the pressures of being famous and dating?

OK! Magazine claims to have a new interview with Rob. Asked if dating is more difficult while being famous:

He said: "Yeah. I'm more self-conscious. You can't afford to fail, but you're kind of afraid of succeeding too."

And the 24-year-old revealed that to him, being famous is like a 'monster'.

He added: "It's kind of like a monster thing. The more people thing they know you. The more you're identified with a certain thing. I can't do anything in America, I just don't want to have any stories written about me"

Rob's full interview will be published in this week's issue of OK magazine, according to OK.

New/Old Sky Movies Magazine Interview.Rob talks about the fight scenes, Jacob's & Bella's kiss & Edward!

SMM: Have your lives changed a lot with all the press and fan attention?

RP: I’m relatively fearful about when the series ends, because it’s such a great security blanket. It’s like a net. You can afford to make mistakes when you have another Twilight film to make. But after that, I guess you’re on your own.

SMM: Taylor and Rob – your characters are rivals in the films. Is it difficult shooting the scenes, particularly in Eclipse, where you fight?

TL: Rob’s very funny. Like in the tent scenes where we’re yelling and screaming at each other – it’s so hard hating Rob because he’s just a fun, nice guy, so having to look him in the eye and scream at him is difficult. Every time after they called ‘cut’, we both just burst out laughing, so that’s pretty challenging.
RP: I was in a very strange mood when we were shooting that scene [laughs].
I kept getting obsessed with the word, ‘thoughts’, because with an American accent it sounds like ‘farts’. And I couldn’t get over it, the entire day. The opening line was, “Can you at least keep your thoughts to yourself?” I mean, I’m sitting in this tent and every single time [laughs]... And Taylor got to the point where he was just like, “That doesn’t even sound the same – it’s not funny at all.”

SMM: Does that happen a lot?

RP: [There was a scene] where Kristen was supposed to be asleep on the floor. So I looked down and she’s looking up and trying to make me laugh the entire time. But it meant the scene got some energy to it, because I was trying to stop myself laughing and that kind of made it easier.

SMM: Jacob and Bella come even nearer to getting it together in Eclipse – does that cause any weirdness between you?

TL: It was good for Jacob to get in there and get his shot and kiss Bella for the first time. Definitely [laughs].
RP: Not only do they do the kissing scenes, they never do it when I’m on set. You genuinely feel like someone’s cheating on you... I’d come back to work and be like, “So how was it?”
TL: [There was one kiss] at the climax of the movie. We’re on top of this mountain and the background was amazing. It’s a really important, emotional moment... But it was so funny because whenever Kristen and I would kiss, as soon as we’d finish, Kristen would look at me and go, “We just kissed.” I’d be like, “Yeah, we did.” It was funny.

SMM: How have your characters changed as the movies progress?

RP: When I first read the books, I was like... I can’t play this. This is impossible. But I’ve tried the entire time to make [Edward] the perfect underdog. No matter what anyone says to him, no matter what heroic deeds he does, it’s impossible to convince him that he’s done anything right. And the only thing that has made him feel alive – feel anything – is Bella.

Rob's short Interviews with TVTaro & Flix Magazine(Translated)

[Japanese TV Magazine, “TVTaro” December, 2010 issue
“Twilight saga : Eclipse” special]

Interviewer: Do you feel tired of acting Edward over and over again?

Robert: I try to find something different in each sequel. As I get older I
have different opinions or point of view to the story. And We have different
director each time which is good; they bring us whole different idea. I also
think that it is good that we are still young; we are still in the middle of
the career and we are hungry to prove ourselves’ strength. Kristin may be
has the longest career, but she is too, only 20 years old. There is no one
who is yawning and say “so bored, I only here for money.” We are not
making a movie that is not appeal to no one. There are so many people
waiting for us to do a great job making a fantastic movie, I aware of that.

[Japanese Theatrical Magazine ”FLIX” #202 December, 2010 issue
Robert Pattinson Interview, excerpt.]
Edward accepted the fact that Bella and Jacob kissed; very calm never getting angry at her.

Robert: If I was Edward? I would break up with a girl like that and say “Oh you cheated on me.” (Laugh) I somehow respect Edward for that, and in fact that is the very scene I like the most in the Eclipse. He did what I can’t do. This is the very moment he did something very heroic. In the last sequel, he did what he thought the best choice and made her desperately miserable. So now he does whatever it takes to be with her.

Ordinary people would say “It’s OK, I forgive you” and soon after blame her “You’ve done such a thing!” but Edward did not. He overcome with envy & fear and thought “I know she loves me. And that is enough.” That is not an easy thing to do.

He told us about what he got for his friends as souvenir when he visited Japan for the first time.

Robert:
There was a shopping mall near where we stayed, and I got whole bunch of stuff there. One of them was tooth paste that tastes like Curry or something weird. I got like two dozen of them and gave them to my friends; it was awesome to see their reactions! (Laugh)

5 Rich Celebrity Minimalists: Rob is #2

"Twilight" star Robert Pattinson probably gets lots of presents from fans and brands that want to be associated with his pretty mug, but apparently, he's not into material things.

"I'm not one for comforts and stuff. I think I can kind of do without most things. I bought a really nice guitar recently, which is the only thing I've ever really spent a lot of money on," he said. "But that's the only thing. I had my apartment in London before when I was unemployed—this tiny little place and I liked it more. You had to walk through a restaurant kitchen and up this staircase filled with trash and there's no heating. I like that. But now it's quite difficult. I can't live in places like that anymore." Which is a shame because living on the other side of a restaurant kitchen sounds perfect for midnight snacking shenanigans.

More details on Rob's bike shopping trip!

The sexy actor stopped by the nicest bike shop in the area and quickly dropped $1,000 on a gorgeous blue-colored 2010 Felt Breed Cyclo-X bike. “Robert came in with who I think was his agent,” the Capitol Cyclery store manager told us. “He spent no more than 30 minutes picking out the bike.”

R-Pattz, 24, came into the store during a quiet Sunday afternoon when there were no other customers in the shop. “I guess that’s why he felt comfortable” says the manager, describing Rob as “humble” and “very quiet.” He added, “He didn’t strike me as a movie star when he walked in the door.”

So what went into picking one of the finest bikes available? According to the manager, Rob “wanted something for off-road, as well as on the road"

Another sneak peek at The Buried Life's attempt to steal Rob's hair

"The Buried Life" cast explains how they stole Rob’s hair

First they asked out Taylor Swift, and now the cast of MTV’s The Buried Life has their sights set on another A-lister.

On Monday’s all-new episode, cast members Dave Lingwood, Ben Nemtin and Duncan and Jonnie Penn accept a dare from their fans to steal a lock of Robert Pattinson’s hair. “It seemed like the most impossible thing to do from the list our fans sent,” says Jonnie Penn. Now able to cross another item off their list of things to do before they die, Jonnie dishes to UsMagazine.com on the group’s R-Pattz game plan.

UsMagazine.com: Way to be the envy of women everywhere now that you’ve bonded with one of the world’s hottest vampires! How did this whole plan come together?
Jonnie Penn: The item we wanted to cross off our list was No. 48: accept a dare. This season on the show, we wanted to do things that were really difficult and we asked the audience to challenge us to do something we didn’t want to do. Stealing a lock of Robert Pattinson’s hair seemed like the most impossible from the list our fans sent us on Facebook. Someone wrote in asking if we’d steal Mike Tyson’s tiger from The Hangover, which sounded also very difficult, but could also be deadly, so we decided not to do that one.

Us: Were you a Twi-hard when you began this task?
JP: I was as familiar with him as the next person, but we had to do research online and on Twitter beforehand.

Us: You didn’t have R-Pattz posters on your bedroom walls?
JP: No. But now I do! [Laughs]

Us: Dave and Duncan joined you on this task, which involved a movie premiere, an after-party and a tiny pair of scissors. Who was the one who actually yanked out his hair?
JP: Honestly, it wasn’t a tackle and take down. We told him Rob we were dared to steal a lock of his hair and asked if he’d do it. He looked at me like I was crazy, but he ultimately said yes. We explained that it wasn’t something necessarily that we were asking him for, but we told him the truth that we were put up to it. I guess he considered it and figured one little hair wouldn’t hurt. He played along, which I commend him for. We chatted a little bit — he was with two friends.

Us: Do you know if Rob watches The Buried Life?

JP: I don’t know, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets asked about this. That would be cool if he watches. We could use a vampire on The Buried Life!

Us: So, do you prefer Rob bearded or clean-shaven?
JP: Well, No. 15 on our list [of 100 things to do before we die] is grow a moustache, so anybody who can cross that off before me I commend!

Us: So where did the hair end up? On eBay?
JP: We talked about exploding it out of a cannon, and Duncan joked about putting it under his pillowcase so he could sleep at night. We also considered using it to grow another Robert Pattinson, but none of those ideas panned out. I feel like we did the right thing with the hair in the end, which you’ll see on Monday’s show.

Us: While you were vampire hunting in L.A., Ben traveled to Rochester, Minn. to visit with Lexie, who wanted help crossing an item off her own life list.
JP: It’s a cool opportunity to become friends with someone that lives across the country just by sharing a common experience and Ben and Lexie really hit it off. Lexie’s list item was to make it OK to talk about depression, which is a pretty big goal. We thought that maybe we couldn’t solve the whole thing in one fell swoop, but wanted to try. She emailed us and we contacted her from there. The big saving grace in helping Lexie was the charity To Write Love on Her Arms. We’re big fans of them for sure. They helped Ben put on this event and made Lexie feel like she wasn’t alone in this goal. It takes a lot of courage to be that one person to speak up.

Us: I hear you had a special guest at the event.
JP: It didn’t make the episode, but Ben told the audience he had a special guest who was filming some vampire movies and everyone went nuts. Everyone was surprised it was just a Robert Pattinson cardboard cutout! I think Ben even cut out a bit of his “hair,” but that didn’t count.

Us: You got the real thing anyway!
RP: The challenge was to get the biggest celebrity in the world and get a piece of his hair and we managed to do it in a way that anyone could do. So this is your step-by-step guide to meet Robert Pattinson!

Find out what happened when the guys cornered Rob to steal his locks — and what they did with the famous strands — when The Buried Life airs Monday at 10:30 p.m. (EST) on MTV.

Rob is on a list of stars, people would allow their partners to sleep with

Brad Pitt and Megan Fox have topped a list of stars people would allow their partners to sleep with.

The Hollywood stars were voted into the top spot after UK couples were asked which celebrities their partners would let them sleep with without classing it as cheating, known as a ‘list’. Joining Brad on the ‘allowed’ list for women were ‘Alice in Wonderland’ actor Johnny Depp, ‘300’ star Gerard Butler, soccer ace David Beckham and ‘Twilight Saga’ hunk Robert Pattinson.

MTV Presenter, Laura Whitmore, talks about meeting Rob

The Bray native, who landed the high-profile presenting job thanks to a TV competition called Pick Me two years ago, was the envy of girls the world over after meeting Twilight star Robert Pattinson.

However, she described him as being “definitely hung over” during their conversation as he mixed up all his words but described him as “lovely.”

“Everyone think he’s this huge Hollywood star but then you meet him and he’s so shy. I remember saying to him that he was the ‘sexiest man alive’ and he was all embarrassed. But he’s Robert Pattinson. I mean, everyone’s in love with him,” she said.

Should Rob play the next Jason Bourne?

Production is rapidly forging ahead on the upcoming fourth entry in the popular “Bourne” franchise, directed by Tony Gilroy.

Here’s what we know: the movie, slated to come out in 2012, is called “The Bourne Legacy” and will further explore the series mythology by introducing a new bad guy assassin who is tangled up with the mysterious government agency Treadstone. And Matt Damon won’t be starring in it.

And because Damon won’t be there, ”Bourne Legacy” won’t have Bourne in it at all. Instead, it’ll feature an all-new superspy as the main character living in his world. This got us to thinking — who in Hollywood has the stones to step into Damon’s iconic shoes?

The possibilities are pretty much endless — Joseph Gordon-Levitt? Alex O’Laughlin? Seth Rogen? — but we’ve managed to narrow it down to a few worthy finalists.  Here, then, are our top picks for the role of America’s top secret agent:

1. Mark Wahlberg

2. Idris Elba

3. Chris Pine

4. Naomi Rapace

5. Jake Gylenhaal

6. Robert Pattinson

Let’s think: what does the star of a “Bourne” movie need to do? He needs to be able to pull off action sequences; he needs to be able to do some deep brooding; and he needs to do both while looking good. A brooding, good looking action star? That’s what Pattinson’s business cards say, people. Could there be a more perfect fit for the part than RPattz? We didn’t think so either.

7. Danny Glover

Expert Rates Rob's Beard!LOL

Pattinson tried to go incognito with this bushy beard last month in Los Angeles. The critique: "Boy, he's got to cultivate that better," Federoff says. "He's got an empty spot on his chin." His mustache looks like a different color, "like when you have a leaf with two different colors on it." Finally, he loses points for not enjoying his "beard-dom" very much. If it was meant as a disguise, he should have grown it out more for a "comb-over" effect. "I pull my beard up and it covers my eyes," Federoff explains. "I can still see through it, but nobody knows it's me." Score: 2.

Q: Apart from the Twilight series you choose art house style films, why is that?
Rob:Twilight is also a small independent film by an independent director, it’s a dark and tragic drama. I still can’t get used to the fact that it has suddenly become a hit. So I’m making film after film without a break, not thinking about the fact that I have become famous. I decided that I didn’t want to appear in Hollywood blockbusters, so I choose small features as I did before.

Q: In the next episode, Breaking Dawn, Edward becomes a father?
Rob:Actually in “Water For Elephants ” I’m the father of five children! I can’t imagine Edward and Bella having children, I know Kristen will play it well so I will take my lead from her.

Q: Who is your ideal woman?

Rob:Well… first they have to love dogs. Also not shouting in a loud voice, they’re the only two conditions, after that it’s just a matter of whether we get on well.

'Water for Elephants' recognized for responsible environmental filmmaking

The Environmental Media Association awarded Fox Filmed Entertainment 12 EMA Green Seals at its 20th Annual Environmental Media Awards on October 16. The EMA Green Seal is given to films and television shows that promote sustainable production methods and highlights those in the entertainment industry that have made strides in incorporating such practices.

The Fox films that earned recognition for their commitment to environmentally responsible filmmaking are Love & Other Drugs, Water for Elephants, 127 Hours, Black Swan, The Big Year, Knight and Day, Marmaduke, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, The Descendants, Just Wright, Cedar Rapids, and Win Win.

Fox’s environmental efforts on its productions are part of a broader commitment by parent company News Corporation to reduce its impact on climate change and the environment. Productions follow Fox’s Green Guide guidelines to go “green” by reducing the use of energy and fuel; diverting as much waste as possible from landfills through reuse, recycling and donation; and tracking all carbon emissions. Fox expects to achieve net zero carbon emissions from its operations by the end of 2010, part of News Corp.'s company-wide carbon neutrality target.

On set, the studio enforced the use of energy-efficient lighting, curbed unnecessary waste and water consumption, banned disposable plastic water bottles, and dismantled sets for reuse or donation. Generators were equipped with biodiesel fuel or eliminated entirely by working with local energy providers to plug into the grid. Wherever possible, crews limited the use of private transportation by using public transportation or fuel-efficient vehicles.
